Our website offers the opportunity for a cancellation of service before services have been rendered. Please contact us via email info@mindsimplicitycounseling.com to cancel a service. We will follow our No/Show cancellation Policy and may charge you a cancellation fee. No refunds on services rendered or cancellations. We additionally reserve the right to cancel your purchase of service for any reason and at our discretion. It will be communicated as soon as possible if we need to cancel your service and will issue a refund of prepaid service.
